2016 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

To capture the minerality and freshness of the unique Napa Valley soils, Sebright Cellars’ winemaking takes a minimalistic approach.  Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes underwent a cool and slow fermentation in neutral French Oak barrels (80%) and stainless steel (20%).  The wine was regularly lees stirred to build mid-palate texture.  The result is a crisp, mineral driven Sauvignon Blanc. 

Beautiful and bright aromas of white peach, nectarine, Meyer lemon and a refreshing wet stone minerality. Flavors of lime zest, hints of grapefruit and lingering melon are complimented with a vibrant yet balanced acidity.
