Sebright Cellars is located in Calistoga, at the northern end of the Napa Valley. Our mission is to create high quality wines that are elegant, restrained and refined in style.
We are a boutique label, producing distinctive wines from small lots on our own Garnett Creek Farm and other designated vineyards in the Calistoga AVA. Sebright Cellars and our growers use sustainable practices. All of our wines are handcrafted and aged in French Oak.
Sebright Cellars Proprietor, Paul Holm, had a dream of producing fine Napa Wines with French influences. Paul has spent a great deal of time in France, is of French heritage and values the original and unique relationship between Bordeaux and the Napa Valley. So the wines produced by Sebright Cellars are Napa Valley in essence, but with a French spirit. His second passion is food and the wines are crafted to pair wonderfully with fine cuisine, from simple to complex dishes.
The heart of Sebright Cellars is our own Garnett Creek Farm where we use biodynamic practices in our growing of grapes, olives, honey and chickens. The name Sebright Cellars comes from the award winning Silver Sebright bantam chickens that are raised on the property. The Sebright Cellars label is an original etching of one of the Sebright hens.
We only makes wines we enjoy ourselves and hope you will enjoy Sebright Cellars wines as well.
